Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Packaging/Carton Designer to create functional, brand-appropriate, and cost-efficient packaging for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design folding carton structures that meet client requirements and product dimensions.
  • Develop dielines and 3D prototypes using CAD design software.
  • Collaborate with clients and production teams to ensure accurate specs and production readiness.
  • Recommend box styles and materials based on product protection, cost-efficiency, and branding.
  • Maintain organized project files and version control.
  • Optimize structural design for manufacturability and assembly.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in folding carton/structural packaging design.
  • Proficient in CAD design software.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, die-cutting, gluing, and finishing processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into packaging solutions.
  • Experience with various folding styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of industry trends and materials.
