**Job Overview**

Filinvest Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Control Specialist to join our team in Dumaguete City.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented and experienced Cost Engineer to oversee the financial management of projects within the Filinvest Group.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure that all project expenses are within budget and compliant with company policies.
  • Validate cost-related requests, monitor project expenses, and re-align project costs as needed.
  • Issue payment certificates to suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring completeness of attachments and validity of cost-related documents.
  • Prepare variation orders, coordinating with the project management team and reviewing available resources.
  • Generate accurate monthly cost reports and analysis in a consistent format.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cost control or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
