About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Manager to join our team at Global Payments, Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, and providing exceptional service to our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance and Repair: Work closely with contractors to implement preventive maintenance and other related equipment activities as assigned according to our 52-Week Facilities Calendar.
  2. Asset Management: Ensure good housekeeping of various departments is observed on assigned schedule, and conduct regular floor walks to ensure compliance with OSH policies and procedures.
  3. Security and Safety: Implement and monitor various physical security policies and procedures, and provide support for CCTV and badge report requests.

Requirements: At least two (2) years professional experience in facilities, physical security, health and safety management in corporate office or BPO setting. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and above-average spoken and written communication skills.
