About the Role
This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in event management. You must have excellent leadership skills, extensive experience in event management, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement event strategies to drive revenue growth
• Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution
• Manage the event sales team and maintain client relationships

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Director of Events in a large international class hotel
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Amenable to work in Muntinlupa City
