The Role

This Procurement Operations Analyst position plays a crucial role in supporting our procurement function. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms, specifically Coupa, and be able to analyze and resolve complex procurement-related issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the contracting process, including issuing approved legal documentation to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Maintaining supplier information, including addresses and contacts, and ensuring key data is captured and kept up-to-date.
  • Managing PO-exempt supplier lists, notifying business users, and resolving issues with stuck POs in Coupa.
  • Providing management information and reporting, such as pending renewals, and working closely with stakeholders to offer guidance on procurement policies and the use of Coupa.
  • Managing updates about the Procurement Ops team on internal communication platforms and creating, maintaining, and distributing exception reports.
  • Resolving supplier and process queries via Freshservice and providing ad-hoc analytical support to the Procure-to-Pay team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy or equivalent courses.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Procurement or Procure-to-Pay teams, with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms, particularly Coupa, and knowledge of core functionalities and modules.
  • Strong understanding of procurement operations processes, including contracting, query management, supplier, and content enablement.
  • Proficient English language skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to coordinate with key stakeholder groups across the business, global, and local units, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reporting and query management.
  • Highly organized, able to manage workload according to timelines and priorities.
  • Adaptable to changes in scope, direction, and/or timelines within a transformational environment.
  • Strong administrative skills, adhering to and enforcing processes.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated individual.
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools.
