Job Description:

As a Commercial Finance Analyst at WrkPod, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and profitability across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with our leadership team to identify opportunities to increase profitability, competitor advantage, and business growth.
  • Building meaningful relationships to deliver beneficial commercial outcomes to the business, teams, and members.
  • Leading sales and financial performance analysis, including gap reporting.
  • Analyzing trend, competitor, and product/customer profitability.
  • Supporting internal reports for key business decision-making.
  • Providing commercial support for price planning and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Supporting business initiatives across promotions, supplier income and rebates, margin improvement, and price & mix analysis.
  • Leading finance projects and owning Phocas dashboards.
  • Managing data accuracy in Phocas databases.
  • Administrating Phocas user access.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience as a finance/analytics professional.
  • Sound commercial finance acumen with a proven track record of driving commercial agendas.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge in financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
