About the Role

Maynilad Water Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our water treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control chemical feed rates to ensure accurate treatment and efficient results.
  • Inspect and report equipment defects or damage to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including storing and maintaining tools and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain chemical feeding equipment and facilities within set limits.
  • Monitor and record equipment performance, including vacuum pumps, air compressors, and other critical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as flushing and cleaning feed lines and sludge extraction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any technical/vocational course or at least two years in college.
  • Preferably with one (1) to three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Basic reading, writing, and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to perform various mathematical functions.
