  • Pitch Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Develop full-funnel campaigns that convert ad traffic effectively.
  • Develop Ad Creative & Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team on visuals that perform.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Ensure ad traffic converts by working with the web and content team.
  • Analytical Insights: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
  • Budget Allocation: Allocate resources to maximize pipeline generation and cost-efficiency.
  • Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
  • Experimentation: Develop and run structured experiments to test new tactics, creatives, and channels.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.
