About the Role:



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Parthenon Inclusive Solutions Inc. This is a key role that will involve assisting in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with our company's safety policies and procedures.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Inventory Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out accurate and thorough inventory stock checks, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and reflective of our current stock levels.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service, attending to customer queries and downloads, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Work Environment: You will maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout your shift, adhering to our 'clean as you go' policy.
  • Maintenance Tasks: You will perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the office area, collecting trash, emptying waste bins, sweeping and mopping the floor.
  • Professional Attitude: It is essential that you maintain a polite and professional attitude at all times.
  • Additional Duties: As required, you may be asked to undertake additional duties related to warehouse operations.
  • Safety Policies: You will ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with our company's safety policies.
  • Management Systems: You will understand and follow the requirements of our Management Systems and its processes and procedures.


What We Offer:



As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator at Parthenon Inclusive Solutions Inc., you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and growth within the company.
