Transformative UI/UX Design Role


Job Description:


We are seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer to join our team of innovators. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes through to final visual design and implementation support.


As a key member of our engineering and information technology department, you will be responsible for designing user-centric experiences that meet business goals and drive customer satisfaction.


Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation.


You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas.


To succeed in this role, you will need to stay current with UX/UI trends, best practices, and tools to continually raise the design quality bar.



Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG)
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work with cross-functional teams
