
Senior Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions or escalating when needed.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related role, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be comfortable wearing many hats and juggling priorities, with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide best-in-class customer service through prompt responses to customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and offer solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Become a product expert to answer questions quickly and accurately.
- Manage open customer conversations and own follow-ups to ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues.
- Identify trends in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and ops.
- Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to think on your feet and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or BI platforms is a plus.
