TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional in cybersecurity, you will be responsible for managing Crowdstrike MDR, escalating alerts, handling incidents according to established playbooks, adding business context to events, and ensuring actions are taken.
You will also be accountable for investigating endpoint/sensor tampering alerts and ensuring repairs are completed by responsible teams. Additionally, you will oversee and manage 3rd party teams working in the SoC, ensuring detection and response for topics such as EDR, SIEM, KPI, and report analysis.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop decent cybersecurity maturity within our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in scaling cybersecurity according to business needs.
Requirements:- Master's or bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date cybersecurity tools and structures.
- Experience in cybersecurity-related environments (focus on SoC, pentesting, threat hunting, incident response, forensics).
- Preferably with IT service management skills (ITIL).
- Project management skills, teamwork coordination, and ability to work in a global team.
We offer a hybrid work setup, with occasional onsite requirements and a mid-shift schedule (2PM - 11PM / 3PM - 12AM).
