Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive business growth
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the food manufacturing industry
