Job Summary:

FSA Technology Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior PCB Assembly Technician to join our team in Cabuyao, Laguna.

As a Senior PCB Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. You will manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, diagnose errors or technical problems, and determine proper solutions.

You will also produce timely and detailed service reports, operate vehicles safely, and use field automation systems. Additionally, you will follow company procedures and protocols, cooperate with the technical team, and share information across the organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts, adapt to changing work schedules, and relocate anywhere. Your ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment/machines will be essential to your success.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in PCB Assembly SMT and Through Hole in the Semiconductor industry. Familiarity with all tools and applications is also required.

Compensation:

The starting rate is Php13,520 per month. Benefits include paid training, an 8-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday, and a 13th-month salary commission pay.
