Financial Strategist

A seasoned financial strategist is required to drive our organization's growth and success.

• Develop detailed financial roadmaps for new business initiatives, taking into account market trends and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather critical information for financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Create and maintain complex financial models to inform business decisions, leveraging expertise in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Conduct thorough cost calculations and allocations for new products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Review and validate standard product costing from R&D, ensuring reasonableness against current and projected prices.
• Identify areas for cost driver improvement and bridge the gap between business plans and actual results.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a finance-related field.
• At least three years of experience in Product Cost Management, Cost Accounting, or Cost Management, with a strong understanding of various cost accounting principles and inventory management.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is advantageous.
• Open to considering fresh graduates who demonstrate potential and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna.
