Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Lead to drive the adoption of off-platform marketing solutions.
About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through off-platform ads channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable ROI.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization strategies to sellers to drive strong returns on ad spend.
- Lead communication with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs and best practices.
- Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow, from planning to reporting, with cross-functional coordination.
- Monitor industry trends and propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance.
- Create dashboards and reports to track program impact and extract actionable insights to drive results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or agency settings.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results.
