Seasonal Proctor

ResultsCX, a leading provider of CX solutions, is seeking a Seasonal Proctor to support our new hire classes.

In this role, you will participate in our Global Proctor Program to ensure a seamless learning experience for our agents. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to assist trainers through classroom management.

You will monitor the classroom throughout the day, checking on agent behavior, engagement, and attendance. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that all aspects of the class run smoothly.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent non-verbal and verbal communication skills (oral and written). You should also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with trainers. Proficiency in the use of personal computers is a must.
