  4. Monitor overall project progress, making adjustments as needed to maintain on-track delivery.
  5. Identify and address risks and issues, collaborating with program leadership and stakeholders to implement mitigation actions.
  6. Regularly update key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience managing IT banking implementations, preferably in the Philippines or Asia.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale branch teller systems or branch banking system implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
