About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement: Source materials, goods, products, and services, negotiating contracts and deals that meet business needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify purchasing needs, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data to generate reports and recommendations for process improvement.
• Order Management: Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up with suppliers as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with market research and negotiation techniques.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
