Job Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to spearhead the design, implementation, and delivery of critical infrastructure components across multiple cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead infrastructure projects from initial conceptualization to final deployment and maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and implement remediation strategies.
  • Continuously streamline manual tasks through configuration management tools.
  • Evaluate and ensure high availability and scalability of infrastructure services.
  • Collaborate with technology leads on developing, testing, and implementing global standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for commercial services and tools.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, command line utilities, and conventional system administration tools.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Ruby.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible and SaltStack.
  • Experience with Agile development processes, secure infrastructure designs, and deployment principles.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code frameworks like CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Exposure to container-based deployment technologies and frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field experience.
