About the Pediatric Physical Therapy Patient Liaison Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapy Patient Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying benefits, communicating with patients' parents, following up on appointment calls, making outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and managing the EMR.
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient benefits and ensure accurate information
- Communicate effectively with patients' parents and guardians
- Follow up on appointment calls and schedule/reschedule appointments as needed
- Make outbound calls to patients and physicians
- Manage EMR and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proficient written and spoken Spanish and English skills
- BPO experience in a healthcare account is a must
- Experience working virtually for a Private Clinic/Hospital in the US is preferred
- Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
