Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist of Foodcrafters Inc. is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inventory records.

This role involves analyzing and verifying various forms issued by the warehouse against encoded records, including Material Receiving Report/Material Return Slip, Stock Withdrawal Slip – RM/FG, Withdrawal Dispatch slip/Trade Return Slip, Material Request & Issuance Slip, and Stock Transfer Slip – RM / Product Waste Disposal Form.

The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting processes, inventory process management, and office housekeeping, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and verify forms issued by the warehouse against encoded records
• Account for all transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform weekly reconciliation with the warehouse to detect any discrepancies early on
• Conduct month-end counts on all areas, including cold storage, dry warehouse, production, R&D ingredients, and supplies
• Reconcile actual inventory counts with financial reports
• Prepare comparative reports on moving and non-moving stocks, expired and soon-to-expire stocks, and withdrawal of stocks by department

Requirements:

• Graduate of Accountancy or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or related field
• Specialized knowledge in inventory process management, accounting processes, and office housekeeping

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
