As a healthcare support specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their dialysis treatment, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

• Assist patients with preparation for dialysis, ensuring all necessary items are available and in good condition.
• Collaborate with nurses to prepare the dialysis machine prior to treatment.
• Monitor vital signs during treatment and assess patient condition.
• Ensure patient stations, including machines and chairs, are clean and free of contaminants.

• Accurately record patient data in our electronic health records system.
• Prepare specimens for shipment and track delivery and receipt of results.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BSN preferred.
