Job Title

Technical Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing and architecting IT solutions, supporting sales processes, and collaborating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure technical aspects are met throughout the sales process.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues.
  • Participate in post-sales calls/activities with large customers to ensure continuity and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in designing and architecting IT solutions.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Passion for technology and ability to act as an evangelist.
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
