Job Description

NIRAS is a multi-disciplinary engineering company with a strong footprint in Offshore Wind in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

We are seeking an experienced EIA (ECC) Manager to join our Environmental team in the Philippines, with a focus on Offshore Wind and renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery and management of Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC), coordinating with in-house experts and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive ECC reports in English and/or Tagalog
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Quality assurance of technical reports and supplier management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of work experience in ECC and project leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time
