As a seasoned e-commerce professional, you will take ownership of an established online store and spearhead its return to peak performance. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to revitalise a thriving e-commerce operation that has previously generated significant revenue.

You'll have full autonomy to implement your e-commerce expertise, optimise listings, and execute strategies that directly impact business growth. Our e-commerce operations include multiple platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and a Shopify website. In this role, you'll work on tasks related to these platforms once eBay store operations are complete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take complete ownership of online store operations with minimal oversight
  • Optimise product listings including crafting compelling titles, descriptions, and bullet points that drive conversions
  • Conduct strategic competitor research and pricing analysis to maintain competitive market positioning
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly handling inquiries and messages through the platform
  • Execute advanced listing optimisation techniques to maximise product visibility and search rankings
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure all product information remains current and accurate
  • Create engaging product descriptions and graphics to enhance listing appeal
  • Implement targeted marketing strategies specifically designed for various platforms
  • Monitor store performance metrics and proactively implement improvements to drive revenue recovery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives while maintaining day-to-day operational independence
Requirements
  • Proven track record managing e-commerce stores with demonstrated results
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platform operations, best practices, and optimisation techniques
  • Expertise in listing optimisation, SEO principles, and conversion rate optimisation
  • Strong experience with competitor research, market analysis, and dynamic pricing strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools or strong willingness to learn and develop these skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management processes and systems
