Responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and Implementing Project Plans
  • Creating project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely completion of projects.
Managing and Coordinating Construction Process
  • Overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring Quality and Safety Standards
  • Guaranteeing that all work is completed to the required quality standards and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Communicating with Stakeholders
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, issues, and risks.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating project team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed, and identifying and mitigating project risks.

Key qualifications include:

  1. Strong Project Management Skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead project team members, provide guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and complete project documentation.
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
