Role Overview

The Financial Planning Lead plays a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making for the Business Unit at Bounty Fresh Food, Inc.

This position ensures the accuracy of financial results, compliance with internal controls, and effective cost management, while providing valuable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting
  • Prepare monthly and YTD Business Unit P&L reports, including variance analysis and year-over-year comparisons.
  • Analyze financial performance, key business metrics, and operational impact on financial results.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Decision Support
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support business leaders by delivering data-driven financial analysis to enhance decision-making.
Internal Controls & Compliance
  • Implement and enforce internal controls and accounting policies to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and report policy violations or exceptions to the Controller and CFO.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance financial expertise and leadership skills.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field (CPA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 8 years in Finance & Accounting, with expertise in Financial Planning, Reporting, Analysis, Controls, and Compliance.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
