We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop platform-specific strategies, create and schedule content, manage paid social advertising, and engage communities to drive engagement rates, generate qualified leads, and meet campaign KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Create and schedule engaging content to drive audience growth and engagement
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns to drive conversions and revenue
  • Analyse performance using native platform insights and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years' experience in digital marketing roles
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Strong ability to analyse performance using native platform insights and reporting tools (for example Google Data Studio)
  • Excellent written and spoken English for campaign copywriting and client presentations
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset
