About the Role

In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our strategic initiatives by applying data and insights. Your primary responsibilities will include data extraction, visualization, reporting, and providing insights recommendations to drive our strategic initiatives forward.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze affiliate performance, engage with key accounts, lead target setting and forecasting efforts, and develop pricing strategies. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to business planning and automation, providing comprehensive insights that influence demand and promote continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Extraction and Collection: Identify, collect, and organize data from various sources to support business analysis and reporting needs.
  • Data Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • In-depth Analysis: Analyze monthly in-market sales, assist in budgeting and business planning, and communicate key opportunities and challenges to management.
  • Insights Recommendation: Analyze data to generate actionable insights and make recommendations that will drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Engagement with Key Accounts: Engage in continuous discussions with Key Accounts regarding sales channel optimization and market insights.
  • Target Setting & Forecasting: Lead target setting discussions, sales forecasting, and ensure accurate data in the PDI system during budget planning.
  • Business Planning and Automation: Provide analysis and insights on affiliate performance, formulate business cases for future product launches, and lead discussions on demand shaping and continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Pricing: Formulate pricing business cases, coordinate with internal stakeholders and regional counterparts, and maintain affiliate prices in the Pricing 360 system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
  • Preferably 3-4 years in a quantitative field with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights through advanced data analysis.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar platforms is required.
  • The ability to translate strategies into ambitious goals, an innovative mindset, demonstrated flexibility and curiosity, in addition to strong analytical skills and communication skills.
