Job Description

A Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling products or services to customers, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets. They serve as the key point of contact between the company and its clients, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions to meet their needs.

  1. Presents and promotes products/services to prospective and existing customers.
  2. Identifies customer needs and provides suitable recommendations or solutions.
  3. Gathers leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  4. Negotiates contracts and closes sales to meet or exceed targets.
  5. Maintains and expands the client database within the assigned territory.
  6. Provides regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
  7. Resolves customer complaints and ensures satisfaction.
  8. Stays informed about products, services, and competitors.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a sales representative (industry experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, results-oriented mindset with excellent time management, confidence, persistence, and adaptability, willingness to travel (if required by the role).
