Responsibilities

  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Manage project commitments and priorities.
  • Drive automation of menial tasks.
Strategic and Systems Thinking:
  • Design and develop resilient, reliable, scalable, and self-healing solutions.
  • Implement telemetry and monitoring systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with leaders across partner teams.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Efficiency & Automation:
  • Prioritize automation features and achieve coverage goals.
  • Drive AI adoption and continuous learning.
Budget Management:
  • Manage forecasts and budgets from multiple funding sources.
Recruitment and Hiring:
  • Lead recruitment efforts and develop team members.
Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and develop the engineering team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in managing engineering teams.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Extensive experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial resource management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Development experience in JavaScript, .Net, Terraform, React, SQL.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the tech community.
