Web Solutions Developer Position

This position plays a critical role in designing and developing high-traffic websites that are compatible with modern browsers.

The ideal candidate must have expertise in creating web-based solutions that meet compatibility standards for various platforms, including modern web browsers, back-end systems, and third-party systems.

  • Evaluate and implement web solutions and develop prototypes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform end-to-end Systems Integration and Functional Validation of various components, ensuring that all systems work together seamlessly.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and verification to guarantee the quality of our software.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation of various Web application solutions.
  • Assist in documenting architecture/design, deployment, operations, and troubleshooting processes to maintain clear communication among team members.
  • Validate functional aspects of various system components, both internally developed and licensed from external vendors.
  • Ensure that web application systems remain up-to-date and secure by adhering to industry-standard security guidelines, such as OWASP and ISO.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, specifically in high-traffic and multitier applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment on similar roles
  • 5+ years of experience working on diverse frameworks like Angular JS, React Next JS
  • Expertise in Javascript, NodeJS, and Python programming languages
  • Proficiency in:
    • Back-end systems (e.g., NodeJS or PHP)
    • GraphQL, SOA, JSON, XML, RESTful web service framework
    • MVC/MVVC software architecture for web systems
    • Apache/Nginx server management
    • AWS Cloud Computing infrastructure
    • Storage technologies (e.g., Elastic Cache, Redis Cache, Blob Storage, CDN)
  • Experience in SAAS type system solutioning and design, as well as white labeling, is advantageous
  • Shift left quality practice experience and test script automation are required
  • Ability to design and develop maintainable, reusable, efficient, and scalable software
  • DevOps environment experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask in fast-paced environments, and adapt to changing requirements
  • Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential
