Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, email templates, and branding materials.
  • Work across multiple client accounts with unique brand guidelines, audiences, and project goals.
  • Collaborate with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Produce high-quality work within quick turnaround times, aligned with our standards for speed and precision.
  • Maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations in all deliverables.
  • Manage design files and documentation using cloud tools and project management platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a diverse portfolio of real-world design work.
  • Proficiency in key design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and optionally Figma.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in American English.
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow.
  • Fast learner who can adapt quickly to client industries and brand styles.
