About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled hotel reservation specialist to join our team at Vericom Inc.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for travel and customer service to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

As a hotel reservation specialist, you will be responsible for handling and confirming hotel reservations with accuracy, delivering outstanding customer service and support, and ensuring all bookings and transactions are processed efficiently.

You will also be responsible for resolving booking issues and travel-related concerns promptly, and possessing strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

You should have a background in the travel industry, sales, or customer service, and familiarity with online booking platforms like Expedia, Booking.com, and Airbnb.

Familiarity with CRM tools for customer management, proficiency in online booking systems and travel-related software, and basic knowledge of office applications (Excel, Word, Google Workspace) are also essential.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of travel trends, flight routes, destinations, and visa requirements who can handle booking conflicts, travel disruptions, and customer concerns effectively.
