Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the marketing efforts of our physical therapy practice, managing client relationships, and maintaining our online presence.

Our Mission: Our goal is to provide performance-driven rehabilitation solutions to athletes of all ages, helping them return to activities and sports they love with the people who matter most.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient information and interactions through our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Post and manage content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
  • Assist with the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, visuals, and materials aligned with the brand.
  • Maintain clinic website content using Squarespace.
  • Organize and plan events, workshops, and other gatherings to engage the community.
  • Analyze marketing data to support decision-making and improve strategies.
  • Provide technical support for clinic tools, apps, and software.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback from patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with platforms: Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to think outside the box and create engaging content.
  • Comfortable with various digital tools and willing to learn new systems and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing client information, social media, and marketing campaigns.
