Job Title: Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation using Revit.

Responsibilities
  • Create accurate architectural drawings and specifications in Revit
  • Develop construction detailing and spec sheets with precision
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
  • Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
  • Evaluate drawings for compliance with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards
  • Maintain organized project documentation for efficient access and reference
  • Conduct quality checks on drafting work to ensure precision and compliance with design intent
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing
  • Experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools
  • Understanding of architectural design and construction processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with project teams
