About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality educational resources that align with our mission of making education accessible to all.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test prep content development and experience working with complex content management systems. You will be responsible for supporting the development of test prep curriculum and practice materials, onboard and support a team of subject matter experts and test prep content developers, and incorporate learning science principles and learning design best practices in test prep content.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent English language abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be expected to balance quality and efficiency while producing world-class educational content.

  • Support the development of test prep curriculum and practice materials.
  • Onboard and support a team of SMEs and test prep content developers.
  • Incorporate learning science principles and learning design best practices in test prep content.
  • Manage exam taxonomies and alignment of prep materials with actual exams.
  • Deeply understand test content and strategy to ensure quality of materials.
  • Use AI and other technology to improve efficiency and quality of test prep content development.
  • Provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers.
  • Monitor project productivity and address issues; continuously strive to improve productivity and quality.
About You
  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in test prep content development, preferably US tests.
  • You have experience working in complex content management systems.
