Job Title: Legal and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Legal and Compliance Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements by conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents including resolutions, by-laws, board minutes, and filings.
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance on corporate structure, tax intersections, and jurisdictional considerations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (supplier, customer, partnership, employment, NDA).
  • Manage contract lifecycles—renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking.
  • Work closely with external counsel to protect company interests.
  • Advise on employment contracts, disputes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer, paralegal, compliance officer, or legal admin.
  • Prior work in startups, BPOs, legal services, or international firms.
  • Exposure to contract work, cross-border documentation, or research-heavy roles.
