Digital Marketing Specialist

We're a creative performance marketing agency looking for skilled specialists who know how to drive real business outcomes through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Google Ads.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting SEO audits, implementing technical optimisations, creating landing pages for SEM campaigns, planning, launching and optimising Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns, monitoring keyword rankings, and building reports using Google Analytics, GSC, GA4.
Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance), solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console. They should also have experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data, as well as an understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct SEO audits and implement technical, content, and on-page optimisations
- Create landing pages for SEM Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns
- Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance, and lead quality
- Build reports using Google Analytics, GSC, GA4
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads
- Solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution
