Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Hiring and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters;
  • Ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new employees;
• Employee Development:
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback;
• Benefits and Compensation:
  • Analyze data to inform benefit and compensation decisions;
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off;
• General HR Functions:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management;

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field;
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in HR administration, including hiring, training, and benefits administration;
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and HR systems;
