Customer Support Role Overview

This role involves providing high-quality service to French-speaking customers through various communication channels. Our ideal candidate will be able to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency, while also building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Ensure timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
