As a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Designer at ESCA Engineering, you will create accurate and detailed technical drawings using BIM software. You will work closely with project teams to develop designs that meet client needs and deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create precise technical drawings based on engineering designs, sketches, and specifications.
  • Develop, modify, and revise existing drawings as required, ensuring design accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and cross-checks to verify drawing accuracy.
  • Manage project files, including drawings, sketches, and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to convey design intent and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a CAD Operator in the civil engineering or construction industry.
  • Proficient in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, with a strong foundation in both manual and CAD drafting techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze design issues and propose practical solutions.
