Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Video Content Producer to lead our video strategy and content creation across various social media platforms.


About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the Art/Creative field, specifically within the Technology, Information and Media industry.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for taking charge of assigned brands' video churn and strategy on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as pitching, shooting, editing, and publishing multiple videos per month.
  • The role also involves leading video optimization of social media channels to maximize discoverability and engagement, tracking, measuring, and evaluating video performance using analytics, recruiting and coordinating with freelance video producers, and attending events to represent the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch, shoot, edit, and publish multiple high-quality videos per month.
  • Develop and implement effective video strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with freelance video producers and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in video production or film/video project management.
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of video production workflows, equipment, and software.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
