About This Role

We seek an experienced Cash Management Expert to join our team at RelianceUnited. As a key member of our treasury operations, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the supervisor to drive treasury initiatives forward.
  • Identify discrepancies in banking statements and rectify them accordingly.
  • Investigate customer complaints and resolve any transaction-related issues promptly.
  • Create payment instructions and initiate both electronic and manual payment processes, confirming approval before execution.
  • Issue payment notifications along with accompanying documentation to recipients.
  • Oversight and maintenance of cash flow monitoring reports.
  • Liaison with the accounts payable section.
  • Ownership and accountability in handling assigned responsibilities.
  • Prompt recording of incoming funds into the system.
  • Manage official documents such as receipts.
  • Provide administrative support to the head office cashier.
  • Review transactional data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaboration with the accounting department to complete three-way matching, manage requests for check payments, and handle COD from Accounts Payable.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Availability for a 5-month contractual position.
  • Minimum 6-24 months of relevant work experience; open to recent graduates as well.
