Job Title: Senior Creative Project Manager

Creative project management is a high-impact role that demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation.

As a senior creative project manager, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality excellence, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, active listening, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Project Organizer: Ensure all project files are accurately documented, easily accessible, and up-to-date in designated cloud storage platforms.
  • Task Translator: Translate client requirements into actionable tasks, providing clear instructions for the design team to ensure effective project execution.
  • Workflow Collaborator: Foster open communication among designers, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion.
  • Deadline Driver: Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively addressing potential delays or roadblocks to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards on time.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Creative Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing creative projects, particularly those involving designers, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strategic Communication Skills: Strong organizational abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate client needs into detailed tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms to streamline workflow processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to managing client expectations and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
