Associate Attorney

  • Provide legal services to PLDT Enterprise and non-core business units on contract preparation, review, and negotiation.
  • Render legal opinions and advice on contractual obligations and rights interpretation.
  • Manage contract issues and pre-litigation disputes in coordination with the Dispute Resolution Management center.
  • Develop standard contract templates for PLDT Enterprise and administer contracts database.
  • Conduct post-contract management and monitoring for compliance with obligations and key milestones.
  • Assist in special projects regarding mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions involving PLDT and its subsidiaries.
