WordPress Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative WordPress developer to fill this role.

This position involves both front-end and back-end development, including creating custom themes and plugins, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement New Features: Develop new features and functionality for clients' websites.
  • Develop and Customize Themes and Plugins: Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.
  • Ensure High-Performance Websites: Optimize code, implement caching, and conduct regular security audits to ensure high-performance and availability of websites.
  • Collaborate with Designers and Content Teams: Work with designers and content teams to deliver engaging user experiences that meet client goals.
  • Maintain Website Security: Keep software up-to-date, monitor for malware, and respond quickly to security incidents to maintain website security.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Website Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Optimize Websites for Speed and SEO: Optimize websites for speed and search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and drive more traffic to clients' sites.
  • Integrate Third-Party APIs and Services: Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality and user experience of clients' websites.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience as a WordPress Developer: 2+ years of experience as a WordPress developer, preferably with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery: Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Experience with Responsive and Adaptive Design: Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring that clients' websites look great on all devices and screen sizes.
  • Familiarity with Version Control Tools: Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git, to manage code repositories and collaborate with team members.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON/XML Formats: Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON/XML formats, enabling effective integration with third-party services and data exchange.
  • Strong Grasp of Website Architecture and Aesthetics: Strong grasp of website architecture and aesthetics, with the ability to design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear explanations of technical concepts.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with WooCommerce or Other eCommerce Platforms: Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms, enabling us to offer comprehensive e-commerce solutions to our clients.
  • Knowledge of SEO Best Practices: Knowledge of SEO best practices, ensuring that our clients' websites are optimized for search engines and drive more traffic.
  • Familiarity with Page Builders like Elementor or WPBakery: Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery, enabling us to create custom layouts and designs for our clients' websites.
  • Experience with Website Migration and Performance Testing: Experience with website migration and performance testing, ensuring that our clients' websites are fast, secure, and reliable.
