Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned CRM expert with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Casino, Sportsbook, or Sweepstakes industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies to drive player engagement and reduce churn. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Creating and executing pre-launch and post-launch CRM plans to boost player retention and engagement.
  • Defining key retention KPIs and designing tailored plans across player segments.
  • Developing structured campaign roadmaps for product launch and growth phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
