Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Office & Facilities Manager and assist with daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents related to Office & Facilities.
- Collect and analyze data, prepare timely release of accurate and complete reports for the team.
- Coordinate with service providers to cascade Admin-related information to stakeholders.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure monitoring files are updated.
- File important company forms and documents.
- Monitor inbound and outbound documents (Invoices & Official Receipts).
- Support building requirements and compliance.
- Manage gate passes and work permits.
- Perform spot checks to ensure building procedures are followed.
- Manage deliveries of supplies and purchases.
- Track OPEX and PO database for Office, Facilities & Procurement.
- Maintain team calendar and schedule meetings.
Requirements:
- Three to four years' experience in Administrative Support and Project Management or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or any Business-related courses.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
